8.  Other fitness accomplishments:  Lost 30 pounds with Weight Watchers in about 6 months.  Feel better than I have in years!!
9.  Most enjoyable fitness activity/event:  Running.  [Use to be step aerobics and racquetball.]
10. Biggest running/training disappointment:  MS Gulf Coast Marathon (Stennis).  I ran worse than any other race (time-wise); it was soooo humid!  Was so thrilled to see the finish line!
11. Running/racing goals for 2009: 
    A.  Participate in a Half Marathon in the Spring.  My goal is to run the entire way.  With this being my first half marathon, I do not want to focus on time.  I hope I can attain my goal of running.  I wish not to walk unless absolutely necessary.  (I can't believe I'm doing this!!!!!!!!!) 
    B.  Run 5k's consistently under a 9 minute mile
    C.  Run 10k's consistently 56:00 or under
   D.  To be injury free and yet able to improve my running along the way...run smart!  Running is addicting!!!

10. Biggest running/training disappointment:  Tie between being told a knee brace would not enable me to run again, and realizing my mountain bike wreck had undone my 2007 hernia repair.
