Finally, this race is done!! I could be biased, but overall I believe this race turned out well. Thanks to all the volunteers and sponsors!! We had unexpected support from Lamar County Sheriff’s dept. , which was a nice touch. It was a beautiful day and we had more participants than anticipated, so we ran out of shirts, (which actually is a good thing)!! There are a few things that need to be tweaked, (like tp in the bathrooms, who would have know it would take more than 3 rolls ea.), and I think we need to purchase a Pine Belt Pacer plunger!! J I will get a survey on line soon so that we can make this race even better next year. We appreciate all input and additional race reports, and thank-you to all who participated. The End!!
