In addition to the normal awards, we had a category for the "Faster Pastor" which was won by Bucky Erwin (9th overall), from Hebron Baptist Church. An award was also given to the Church with the most pre-registered runners which went to Shady Grove Baptist Church.

Saturday's event was a fundraiser for Bryan Champine, 16, who was hoping to raise enough money to pay his way on a mission trip to Brazil with his youth group at Temple Baptist Church. His mother, Missy, said that with about 150 participants, Champine raised more than enough funds.
