In the chilly Saturday afternoon a small group of runners gathered for the Soccer Locker & City Runners 1 mile Invitational on Saturday, February 12, 2005.  Seth Conerly was the overall winner in a time of 4:24.46 with Corey Rigdon in second at 4:51.46 and Cameron Sherrill in third just under 5 minutes at 4:59.86. 

On the women’s side, Laurel High School Amy Benoit ran away with the title and a personnel best finishing in 6:15.21 .  Brittany Griffis of Presbyterian Christian High School was a close second in 6:25.71 also a personnel best.
