Christmas Holiday Run

The Pine Belt Pacers Christmas party turned out to be quite a fun experience.  We had nine runners that were brave enough to run with jingle bells and a wild assortment of Christmas hats (courtesy of Becky).  After picking out a toy to donate at our first stop, the head elf, Keith, led us through the Oaks District  to the Lopinto house where we had a psychedelic experience.  We then went to a couple of art galleries and listened to some music on Front St., before taking a rest stop at 206 Front St. 1109 Adeline St. was our final destination where we had a  welcoming group to greet us. We were told they could hear us jingling all the way down Adeline St.

The remainder of the evening included a cozy fire, an assortment of delicious refreshments, some wild stories and lots of laughter.  Hopefully we can try this again next year with a few more elves, maybe even Santa! © Vicki Copeland
