1. How well did your search for information about your topic go? What were your obstacles, and how did you overcome them?
I found my search for information on my topic to go pretty smoothly. An obstacle I faced was trying to design a web page with no prior experience doing so for this project.
2. How do you evaluate each site you used for this project? How was each site a credible source of information?
I looked at each college's site to see which seemed to have the best culinary program based on their website. Since these sites were official university sites I am willing to bet they are credible, as for the sites I used to get pictures from I didn't use their information so their sites credibility is irrelevant.
3. How do you assess yourself as an online learner? To what extent do you have what it takes to be a successful online learner?
Considering that it took me so long to finish this class and project I'd assess myself as a pretty poor online learner. I think I have what it takes to be a successful online learner but it is going to take a lot of work.
4. Is there a short discussion of how you searched for information about your topic?
Yes, I looked up culinary schools websites on my computer.
5. Is there a short discussion about how you evaluated at least one website relevant to your topic?
I had to weigh the pros and cons of schools that are just for culinary arts and schools that offer it as part of their curriculum . Also, while looking at different culinary schools I saw that Chattahoochee technical institute was the only one to offer a chance to work at an on campus restaurant.
6. Is there a short self-assessment discussion about how successful you might think you might be as an online student?
See answer to number 3. I feel like this course will help me to be a better online learner in the future.

Yes, all works are original if they are from another website they are properly sited and quoted.
8. Is there evidence of your use of email to gather information about your topic?
I got help on my project from my grandfather via email and face to face on a visit. He talked to me about using CSS and we tried several external CSS documents to format the web pages.

Yes, I am always polite and kind over the internet.
10. Is there evidence of a type computer mediated communication beyond email?

Yes, my grandfather helped me.

There are pictures that complement my project and a video.

Yes, I even took a picture of my email address so web crawlers couldn't find it.
