GAME NIGHTS IN CERES
CAA is coming back! The Ceres Alumni Association will again sponsor a game night in the Ceres Peery Center gym on April 10, 2021, starting at 5:00 pm. Wearing masks and social distancing will be practiced to the extent possible. Come play Rook, Other Card Games, Board Games, Corn Hole Toss, etc. There is no charge to play and there will be no cash prizes. This is just an opportunity to have a place for a fun evening with your friends. (Bring your own cards.) Please tell your friends. Concessions (including ice cream) will be sold by donation to cover the cost of utilities. Game night were much enjoyed in the past.

CERES DAY CELEBRATION
On Saturday, May 1, 2021, the Ceres Day celebration will once again be held on the former Ceres School Campus. Pancakes, sausage biscuit and gravy breakfast and bake sale items will be provided by the Ceres Alumni Association in the gym starting at 8:00 AM. The Ceres Ruritan Club will provide an old fashion beans and cornbread lunch with desserts starting at 11:00 AM in the Community Center cafeteria. Exhibit demonstrations will start at 10:00 AM. Flea Market starts at 8:00 AM. Sign up for children's activities by 11:00 AM. This year there will be the wearing of masks and practicing social distancing.

The day will be filled with lots of activities including heritage demonstrations, antique tractors, farm implement displays and health care services. Craft vendors, flea marketers and yard sales will offer treasured items for your shopping enjoyment. Plan to spend some time visiting the Museum. Indoor spaces are $10 and out side spaces are $5. If you do not have your own table, one may be rented for $5. Don't miss this fun filled day!
